If you get shaky, hungry, or tired during your workout eat about 5 almonds. There are around 7 calories per almond, so that amounts to 35 calories. It may seem like a lot, but it instantly gives you energy & gets rid of the empty feeling in your stomach. I always work out so much longer & harder after I eat a few almonds.
